Schedule

BODY COMBAT®

A martial arts inspired full-body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered and self-confident. It’s totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

BODY PUMP®

This weights class is for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), Bodypump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.

POUND®

This full body cardio workout will get everyone from new comers to fitness veterans energized. This class will really tone your butt and thighs while improving your heart and lung fitness. While working on your agility & coordination you will increase your strength & endurance.

CORE STRENGTH

Work your core stabilitiy, strength, and endurance in just 30 minutes. This class is full of unique and fun ways of working your core. This class is perfect for all different types of fitness levels. You will leave feeling the burn!

CXWORX

Train the core in just 30 minutes with exercises that will challenge you to strengthen and tone all the muscles groups in your core. Whether you’re training for general health or an elite athlete wanting an edge, CXWORX is the perfect addition to your exercise program- it will leave you looking good and feeling strong.

FOREVER FIT

Stay as young as you feel! A cross training workout for baby boomers and anyone taking up the fitness lifestyle or coming back after a lay-off. Includes warm-up, cardio, strength training, cool down and flexibility.

GRIT PLYO

This 30-minute, high-intensity interval training, Plyometric-based workout is designed to make you perform like an athlete. Rapidly improve your athletic performance and build a lean, athletic body.

GRIT STRENGTH

This 30-minute, high-intensity interval training workout is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

PILATES

Pilates combines key elements of stress reduction and bodywork. Exercises are based upon strengthening the "core" muscles of the abdomen while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and smaller supporting muscle groups. This class integrates breathing, flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness to lengthen, define and sculpt muscles. May use props such as mini bars, weights, balls, etc. Great for all fitness levels.

PIYO

This class is a blend of Pilates and yoga. Traditional yoga poses and sequences will help you to gain flexibility and strength while the Pilates mat work segments will focus on the strengthening and centering of your core. This class is great for beginners as well as advanced yoga and Pilates participants.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

This 60 minute class uses exercises that gear to all the muscle groups of the body. Whether one class is all upper body, the next is all lower body, or the next is full body, you will never be bored. Each class consists of different exercises including dumbbells, balls, weighted bars, etc. All fitness levels are welcome!

SPINNING/STUDIO CYCLING

Enjoy flats, hills, jumps and sprints in a challenging, energizing indoor cycling class. All instructors are spin certified and guaranteed to take you on the ride of your life! All skill levels welcome.

YOGA

Open to all levels of practice and abilities, our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace – allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Expect logs of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. (All levels)

ZUMBA®

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: we want you to want to workout, to love working out, to get hooked.
